01 — About
The story behind
the space.
Since 2009 — one hand,
end to end.
Eyfa Architecture is a design office producing architectural and interior projects across residential, office, hotel, healthcare and retail typologies. We approach every project through the balance of functional requirements, user needs and aesthetic values.
We manage every process from design to turnkey delivery under one roof, committing to deliver on time, on budget and beyond expectations.
Three criteria guide our work: functional requirements, client needs and aesthetic values. The perfect proportion and harmony among these three form the foundation of our architectural approach.
Our Philosophy
Three criteria
in every project.
Beauty matters where function is solved. Program and use scenarios come before every decision.
Design never starts before the brief is written. Budget and schedule are parameters of design.
Timeless material palettes, correct light and honest detail. Aesthetic loyal to the soul of the space, not fashion.
